Abstract

Imagine what might happen to your family if one of your siblings were killed suddenly -- it's emotionally traumatic. But when this happens in Leni Zumas' novel, "The Listeners," we find one very sad answer to how a child's death affects the whole family. This book is Zumas' first novel and she'll be reading from it at the Black Mountain Institute on Tuesday.
