Abstract
This sponsored report is a research and community based neighborhood plan for the historic Westside community in Las Vegas. Under the direction of Steven Clarke, a multidisciplinary project team of students, faculty, and consultants, was formed to listen and establish the community's vision and aspirations through a series of neighborhood and stakeholder consultation. Presented within the HUNDRED Plan is an implementation plan with a strong vision, creative ideas envisioned with practical projects, and improvement program ideas that address appropriate regulation & zoning. The HUNDRED Plan has been grafted into the Vision 2014 Downtown Las Vegas Masterplan.
