Abstract
Troy Wade and Stephen Younger talk about their history with the Nevada Test Site and the impact that it had both nationally and locally in terms of economics, technology, and creation of new technologies. Both men also talk about their roles the diplomacy of the Cold War, what is needed for national security, and how this is changing as the world's political situation evolves.
