Abstract

Fact checking must be done as a public good, but it's pointless to direct the results at those who can't change their mind and won't change the subject. Our focus should be on developing a set of online tools to facilitate the fact-checking process and make it easily accessible to those who wish their truth straight up. © 2017 IEEE.
