Abstract
A Survey about Virtual Private Voice Assistants (VPVA) such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple's Siri on about how users have adopted this technology, recent advancements, Privacy concerns, Security Risks and Vulnerability associated with the device considering multiple demonstrations and connecting the scenarios with the real time incidents and analysis of security threats that are possible in each stage of Virtual Private Voice Assistant(VPVA) process, and brief demonstration on the vulnerability identified in Amazon's Alexa by Checkpoint (Cybersecurity solution company) which helped Amazon fix the issue and finally some actions from the user end, that has to be taken to minimize the privacy and security issues.
