Abstract
We propose a fully reconfigurable torus-based Optical NoC architecture: Ouroboros network. It has two reconfiguration modes: 1) arbitrarily change the nodes connection order, 2) split the network into any set of subnetworks and reorder each of them. The reconfiguration is achieved by tuning Micro-Ring Resonators.
