Abstract
Energy Policy's influence remains strong. Its interdisciplinary approach to the analysis of energy policy issues has contributed to an impact factor that now exceeds 4.0. Rankings by Research Papers in Economics (RePEc) currently place Energy Policy among the top 25 economics journals during the past ten years. Energy Policy is available in thousands of academic libraries and government institutes, and it had more than 3 million full-text downloads in 2018. For downloads, the top five countries for usage are the United States of America, United Kingdom, China, Australia and Germany. We are pleased to inform you about some transitions at Energy Policy, our expectations for regular articles and special issues, and new directions and the reviewing process for the journal.
