Abstract
The 2017 Special Education Legislative Summit provided an opportunity for special educators to advocate for a range of critical issues with respective state Senators and Representatives. Four doctoral students were selected for this incredible opportunity: Rebecca Hopkins (UCF), Tiffany Fisher (UF), and Kristin Withey and Ryan Wennerlind (UNLV).
