Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and select a model to use in the analysis of autonomous schools of hotel, restaurant and institutional management. The model was then used to examine three autonomous HRI programs and determine if there were any common patterns of structure or characteristics to emerge from among them. Such patterns did emerge and are presented herein.
