The Wild Lands of Wild Life

Description

This image represents organisms found in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and how they interact with their environments. Each individual is part of the ebb and flow that allows this ecosystem, spanning areas across three states, to flourish. A gray wolf is represented by the territory in which he was recently reintroduced—he has played a vital part in bringing balance back to Yellowstone. A bald eagle is represented by a waterfall—fishing grounds that are necessary to his survival. A bison is represented by his herd—a group dynamic that is of benefit to all members.
