Abstract
This two-part preconference will introduce librarians from all types of libraries to the concepts, challenges and opportunities associated with using Web 2.0 tools in libraries. The morning workshop will provide an introduction to a broad spectrum of Web 2.0 concepts and tools, while the afternoon workshop will provide hands-on practice with Wikis, productivity software (such as Google Docs) and more.
