Abstract
The proceedings contain contributions from managers, scientists and engineers in the creation, development or application of computer software for the resolution of environmental problems. They shared the most recent developments and practical implementations in the theoretical, numerical, and applicable aspects of computer analysis, simulation, modeling, control, and forecasting for environmental applications. The connection between originators of environmental software programs and their possible users should help to reduce the present large duplication of effort in software development.
