Scott Boylan (Ph.D. The Ohio State University) is a professor in the Williams School of Commerce, Economics, and Politics at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. He specializes in analyzing risk-taking and decision-making under uncertainty. His published work includes experimental analyses of investment, tax compliance, and financial reporting decisions. It also includes empirical/archival analyses of gaming revenue in Nevada. He teaches an elective course on casino accounting and the gaming industry.
