Abstract
"Rape is a legal term ... [referring] to any penetration of a body orifice (mouth, vagina, or anus) involving force or the threat of force or incapacity (i.e. associated with young or old age, cognitive or physical disability, or drug or alchol intoxication) and non-consent" (Linden, 2011, p. 834). Sexual assault and rape are violent intrusions toward an individual or group of individuals (usually female) that are intentional and harmful, perpetrated by individuals or groups with preferential paraphilias toward victims and type of sexual offense, but variable with multiple modus operandi (Lasher, McGrath, & Cumming, 2014). ...
