The Division of Educational Outreach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLVEO) entered into a contract with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Material Command to develop a standardized Program of Instruction (POI) to train both active and reserve Army personnel in the use of Combat Lifesaver Skills. In addition to developing the POI, UNLVEO developed eLearning modules to supplement the POI.
