Abstract
The globalization of markets has created many opportunities for service firms to expand internationally. China is an example of a country that has seen the growth of international service companies over the last two decades. The liberalization of economic and legal policies in China has provided the impetus for growth and development. Among one of the growth sectors of foreign services companies is western restaurants.
