Abstract
Singer has served as a consultant on changes in warfare to groups that range from the U.S. military and FBI to the Call of Duty video game series. In his talk at UNLV, he will explore some of the key forces reshaping warfare and national security, from the emergence of new technologies to the changing locales of war.
