Abstract
A logic model is a graphic depiction of identified relationships between resources, activities, outputs, and outcomes of a project. It displays a sequence of actions that describes what the researchers plan to do and how investments link to results. In this project, we used the Taylor-Powell and Henert (2008) concept, which has five core components: (1) inputs that include resources and investments; (2) outputs that include activities and services; (3) outcomes that include short-term, mid-term, and long-term results or changes for individuals, groups, and organizations; (4) basic assumptions about the project; and (5) external factors in the environment that could potentially affect the project.
