Abstract
There are several books on program planning and evaluation for students and practitioners in health sciences. This is one of those that can be used for designing and evaluating alcohol and drug education programs. The first author of this book, L. Michele Issel, is a Professor of Health and Human Services at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the second author is Rebecca Well who is a Professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Texas, Houston.
