Abstract
COVID-19 has escalated psychological distress and necessitated telehealth-based care. Help-seeking is a fundamental process to mitigate harm. The rapid transition to telehealth-based service provision is not yet well understood. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to conceptualize telehealth-based psychological help-seeking among students using the Multi-theory Model of health behavior change (MTM) as theoretical framework.
