Abstract

Morality, justice, and peace are the three main cornerstones related to life, living, functioning, and reform. These concepts are dynamic and need to be realigned periodically with changing contexts. This article attempts to explain Thoreau’s viewpoints on individualism, simplicity, reform, higher laws, principled living and relativity of everything, as applied to his articulations on morality, justice and peace.
