Abstract
Monitored anesthesia care (MAC) and general anesthesia (GA) are the two most common methods of sedation used for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). We performed systematic review and meta-analysis to compare the overall safety between MAC versus GA in ERCP.
