Abstract
Are you interested in redesigning or augmenting your chemistry course curriculum? Are you interested in sharing what you are doing in your classroom to increase student engagement and improve learning outcomes? Do you want to learn more about the most current research related to teaching and learning chemistry? The Biennial Conference on Chemical Education (BCCE) is a national meeting sponsored by the Division of Chemical Education of the American Chemical Society and hosted by a college or university. The conference promotes research and teaching in chemistry education at all levels (Kgraduate). It also provides chemistry educators opportunities to interact with colleagues both in formal and informal settings. A BCCE is a place for chemical educators to interact and to learn/share information about teaching and learning chemistry. This poster describes the types of educational, scholarly, and social events associated with the BCCEs. It also describes the benefits and resources that are available to those who are interested in hosting a future BCCE. Visit us to find out more about DivCHED and the BCCEs!
