Abstract
This paper proposes that the workplace spirituality dimensions of meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment with organizational values are related to person-environment theory elements of person-job fit, person-group fit, and person-organization fit respectively. In addition, it is postulated that these three dimensions of workplace spiritualty can offer new insights into and expand the boundaries of these three fundamental aspects of fit in person-environment theory.
