Abstract
This article focusses on selected fundamental characteristics of servant-leadership (listening, empathy, healing, awareness, stewardship, persuasion, foresight), and their importance to CTE leaders and practitioners during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Challenges facing CTE during the COVID-19 crisis are addressed, as well as implications for policy and practice.
